This service is the short-term rental property cleaning after each guest departure.

Homeowners communicate in advance the day and time of departure of their guests and we will have their property clean and ready for the next booking.

We work with the homeowner ahead for specific details of each property

Mid-stay refresh service

This is a service for guests who ask for a mid-stay cleaning that consist of laundry, kitchen cleaning, mopping and dusting.

It can also be a complementary service that homeowners offer to their guests for any 7+ day stay

Daily service

For guests who prefer more assistance during their stay. It has to be scheduled the day prior.

Local homeowners and residents

Homeowners and local residents can ask for on-demand or recurrent cleaning service.

Deep cleaning

Sometimes a house needs a deep cleaning: before you move-in, before your winter stay, after some renovation, etc.

Window cleaning

When living in the middle of the ocean it is necessary to clean your windows frequently to remove salt build-up.

Outdoor furniture cleaning

The outdoor furniture cleaning includes a gentle wash of your seats and cushion with soap and water. If your property is on the waterfront it is recommended to do it every week as sand and salt can build up quickly
